As the summer winds down we saw people getting away on those last minute family vacations before the leaves turn orange. This led to our buyers market to slow down a little bit and our seller's side to really put the brakes on! The same story line of a low inventory market continues on with no clear signs as to where our much needed increase in inventory is going to come from.
