Going forward the limited supply in Whistlers housing market remains a critical factor in increasing prices in home sales. As the borders open up, we will begin to see a noticeable share of United States buyers creeping back into the market. However, we don’t expect a sudden surge, due to various limitations.

With the way things are going, I think we are going to see a much lower volume of sales over the next year. The one thing holding us back right now is our lack of inventory. The only circumstance I can see people starting to offload their Whistler properties is if travel is fully restored, and people look to warm up down south. Possibly next fall.
